Beware of Kustom gear that is being retro fitted with tuck and roll covering and sold as factory made regular issue equipment.
This gear is being "made in Tennessee" but is actually imported by Kustom, sold to a dealer and THEN is being recovered and sold as new from the factory.
The tuck and roll looks good and the people responsible should simply be up front and honest, then all would be well. It is my personal opinion that they are mis-leading people as to what they are doing. The gear is probably good, but
beware of what you are buying!
Here are two recent examples:
This is a early 90's Korean made Kustom K8320 P.A. Head that came from the factory with gray ozite carpeting, not tuck & roll
This is a early 90's KLA75 that is definitely not original, but was being sold online as being so.
